Welcome to scorpiofilm, my site for my film reviews, analysis, and written pieces. I've got a passion for cinema and all the time to write about it. I also make videos about films, and music. My experience is actually in theatre and poetry believe it or not, but here I am branching out into another creative medium. Movies bring me a lot of joy, so why not talk about it, and come together with other film buffs. I hope you enjoy my blog!
The name scorpiofilm comes from the word Scorpio - someone who is born when the Scorpio constellation is in the sky. Scorpios are known to be passionate, loyal, investigative and intense. Scorpios often want to look beyond the surface, and find out more profound meanings of things, so maybe that's why I care so much about little details I can spot in film, or themes that spark something inside of me. I think the art of filmmaking is fascinating, and has the power to make a difference. I hope to write about these subjects and maybe make you, the reader, think about things in a different light.
